2026 世界自然健美大賽-香港站賽程

1.運動員/教練/傳媒媒體/攝影師/觀眾，均可在10:30AM後進場

2.比賽場地化妝室面積有限，官方建議所有運動員先完成油彩/妝髮整理，才出發前往場地

3.賽事只有運動員身份及持有教練証之身份才可進入後台，觀眾不得進入後台，選手須於以上出場時間提早《30分鐘》到達後台等待工作人員召集通知
 

4.為了讓場地保持清潔，場地嚴禁《使用任何牌子膏狀油彩》所有運動員必須使用滲透式油彩，牌子不限。如發現使用膏狀油彩之運動員將會被取消參賽資格

5.運動員如需進入觀眾席位休息及觀看賽事，請穿上運動長褲及長袖外套，亦必須攜帶選手証，經檢查後才可進入觀眾席位

6.以上出場時間會因比賽當天的實際流程而有所延遲，未經召集之運動員請耐心等待召集通知

2026 World Natural Bodybuilding Championship - Hong Kong Station Schedule 

1. Athletes/Coaches/Media/Photographers/Spectators may enter after 10:30AM

2. The makeup area at the venue is limited in space. We suggest that athletes complete their tanning/makeup and hair arrangements before heading to the venue.

3. Only athletes and those holding coaching cards are allowed backstage. Spectators are not permitted. Athletes must arrive backstage 30 minutes before their scheduled entry time to wait for staff calls.

4. To maintain cleanliness at the venue, the use of any brand of cream-based tanning products is strictly prohibited. All athletes must use permeable tanning products, brand is not restricted. Athletes found using cream-based tanning products will be disqualified.

5. If athletes need to enter the spectator area to rest and watch the competition, they must wear long sport pants and a jacket. They may enter the spectator area only after being checked by ANBC.

6. The above calling times may be adjusted earlier or delayed based on the actual schedule on competition day. Athletes not yet called should patiently wait for their call notification.
